Delivery & collection

We will arrive between 9am and 10am to set up.

Collection is agreed upon booking and our latest collection time is 20:00. During the autumn and winter months, we will endeavour to collect the equipment before it gets dark and may result in earlier collection in some instances due to health and safety reasons.

 

Cancellation policy

Sometimes changes need to be made and we are happy to discuss these with you. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your chosen date then the full balance is to be paid. Anything before this you will just lose your deposit.

By confirming your booking via email, text or verbally then you agree to our cancellation policy.

We are covered by £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance. Should a venue require proof beforehand, please email us and we will forward you our current cover.

We can not be held responsible for any loss, damages or personal injury to any individual, group or personal belonging when playing our course/hiring garden games.

Upon booking we take a 10% deposit and then one month before your event we ask for the remainder of the amount owed along with a £250 damages deposit which is fully refundable upon collection of the course. We are fully aware that knocks and scrapes will happen when using our equipment, however charges will only be taken for deliberate damage. PLEASE NOTE - If putters and balls go missing during your hire period you will be charged for these.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE - If you or your guests move the course once it is set-up then we have the right to remove it from the venue immediately and you will lose your damage deposit.​

We do not man the course for your hire period it is left for you and your guests to enjoy.

 

Unforeseen weather

Our activities can be used both indoors and outside and are more than capable of withstanding a down pour of rain. However if the weather conditions are severe we have the right to withdraw the course at any time.

Venues have the right to contact us to remove the course if the use of it is deemed unsafe by you or any of your guests.

 

Privacy at To Have & To Holed

To Have & To Holed treats any personal information you provide in accordance with the provisions of the data protection act of 1998 and will only use the information you supply via this website to contact you in connection with services provided and/or to respond to requests you have made. We do not sell, trade or rent your information to third parties.

The course you get on the day

We have two courses with only a couple of holes being different. Some holes may be changed due to damage obtained at previous event.
